Christine Masaiti - Founder & CEO

Christine has more than twenty-six years of professional experience and skills in the financial services industry, since 1991 at Old Mutual - Zimbabwe, rising to the position of supervisor in 1999. In 1997, Christine was awarded the Worker of the Year prize for Old Mutual at corporate level and was later appointed Chairperson to represent staff at Works Council level for Old Mutual from 1998 to 2002. She joined Liberty Life - South Africa in September 2003, where she held a specialist position in Data Quality Management and resigned on 31 October 2005. She then joined Momentum as a certified Financial Planner in 2006 until 2009 where she resigned in order to focus more on her own business. She has extensive knowledge of the Life Assurance and Investments Industry, Business Transformation and Strategy Direction.    

In 2013, Christine was appointed as the Business Development and Marketing Manager for CIMSAT, a Cemetery Information Management System and Technology software offered by Khunolla Information Systems, and was responsible for all municipalities in Gauteng, North West and the Northern Cape provinces in South Africa. She was also the International Business Consultant for the SADC region and the entire African continent.  

A holder of MSc in Global Management, University of Salford, Manchester (UK),  Higher Diploma in Corporate Management (Company Secretary-ship) with Institute of Administration and Commerce South Africa; Diploma in Marketing; Diploma in Business Studies; Program for Management Development - Gordon Institute of Business Sciences - GIBS, (University of Pretoria), Certificate in Thought Leadership for Africa's Development (Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute - TMALI, University of South Africa).

Christine is an innovator, strategist and a visionary in the LED lighting space.  

   

An educated, experienced, hardworking, goal-getter and very professional in her conduct of business, Christine has handled multi-million dollar projects in Zimbabwe for private and public- sector organizations successfully. She is also very honest and trustworthy.


 

Joyce Mogweng - Brand & Social Media Manager

Joyce Mogweng's role includes several responsibilities, including liaising with clients through social media, and assisting with Business Development.

Previously, Joyce worked as a Social Media Manager for several companies. She received her BA (Hons) degree in Broadcasting and Journalism from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in Botswana.
